Always my trusted pharmacy, well-stocked and with convenient opening hours that allow you to find it almost always open. Unfortunately I am forced against my will to abandon it. I had several problems for special drugs (those to be ordered from the local health authority), with the staff providing the most varied reasons, but at the end of the day, going to other pharmacies there was no problem. Then they make their email available, a very useful service because it allows those who have little time like me to save a "stop" at the pharmacy and pick up directly. But this email is read once and not once. The most serious thing is that they don't respond and one never knows if the request has been followed up or not... In 2023 it seems absurd to me that the right relevance and importance is not given to these modern means.

I went to the pharmacy to purchase some products for my son and I didn't like the attitude of the person who served me at all. Rude and with really questionable ways. I definitely won't go back!

Inattentive staff, poor attention, very slow in service and in providing the products, unfortunately the wait is long, I would recommend more speed and courtesy, professionalism and less wasting time arguing on the cell phone or discussing useless topics
