I went to them this morning around 11.30 to buy an over-the-counter medicine and I found a queue of ten people with two people serving and so far everything was normal. The doctor who served spent the entire time, about half an hour, with two customers about the purchase of a plaster and a nasal spray, regardless of the queue and the most basic sense of civic duty and respect towards those in the queue. Too bad, if the owner had been there it wouldn't have gone like this because knowing him he wouldn't have allowed it and the other doctor's attempts to justify what happened were laughable. The other doctors who don't waste time talking (including the owner who I respect very much) and who serve normally will be extraterrestrials. The topics of discussion between the doctor and the couple of clients were so trivial that they annoyed all the people in the queue.
