As a tourist, do not go. I’m a pharmacist in the states and the female pharmacist was extremely rude and unhelpful. I purchased a simple thermometer to take my temperature and it did not work. When I returned to address the issue she told me it was impossible to break. I told her I have plenty of experience with thermometers and she herself didn’t know how to use it and I left without a replacement or refund.
Lovely. Get what you need, get out. Old lady with glasses is wonderful. I think I might love her. Go there for what you WANT.. not what you need.. but for what you want. They’re accommodating and lovely. Watch out for the other lady.. she’s a prude xx
The woman at the counter was unpleasant and unhelpful....I don't recommand to anyone!
The elderly woman is rude and unhelpful. Never going back there again.
The bitter older lady who serves us and I assume she is the owner, after treating us in the most arrogant way in the world, denies me the copy of the dataphone. There are many pharmacies in Palermo, this is the worst, avoid it.
