The pharmacists are always very helpful and very kind. Product prices are always quite in line with online prices. One thing I noticed is that there is a lot of attention towards customers, they don't recommend random drugs and for this reason they are very responsible in my opinion.

Terrible, entered at 11.57 because the pharmacy is empty....... I'm waiting for the Doctor to take care of her paperwork and when I ask her to book she tells me that there are time windows and that the morning one has just expired!!!! I look at the clock and it's 12.01!!!!! Apart from that when I entered I was on time but the attention to the customer? I will never enter again, shame on you!!! Regarding the response of the owner who watched the videos, I'm sorry but her times are not accurate...... At 12.01 and after waiting, I went out into an empty pharmacy.... And my time, I checked, it is perfectly adjusted. I notice a lot of complaints about the reviews and I talk to many in the neighborhood.......

For years I was a customer of a competing pharmacy but over time I began to appreciate their kindness and professionalism. They often recommend generic drugs to save me money and sometimes they have advised me not to buy drugs that I wouldn't need at all. In short, in short, when I go to the Rambelli pharmacy in Forlì I have full confidence in what I buy, which is no small thing. And even though very often there are a lot of people I must admit that they have always listened to me and never treated me hastily. This is why I feel like recommending them to everyone, after many years in which they have always satisfied me, both from a professional and human point of view.

The last time I went there to take swabs and I must say that the staff was very kind and quick in their operations. However, I had booked in advance on the farmaciarambelli.it website and printed the forms as requested. Other people without reservations had to wait quite a while (I guess because when I left with the result they were still there). However, even on other occasions the Doctors have been very courteous and often recommend generic drugs to save me money. Among the pharmacies in Forlì it is certainly my favorite.

After waiting half an hour in which the lady in front chats amiably with the shop assistant who wants to play "do your diagnosis", one of my children bumps into the sign indicating the machine to take numbers for the queue and he breaks off a piece. It's an interlocking metal pedestal, it would be enough to refit it but the sales assistant takes it in annoyance and throws it aside with underlined annoyance. Incredible scene in which he responds very badly when I say I'm sorry but the long wait has made the children nervous, and he says, leaving us all shocked, "so they're allowed to behave badly?". No but there's no need to do this whole scene either.
