Mediocre in relating and not very focused... I asked for one product and they gave me two... In fact I was wondering why I had paid so much... maybe it's not a coincidence...
Pharmacy located a few steps from the Renzo Barbera stadium in Palermo, and from the adjacent Piazza Alcide De Gasperi. Also open on Sundays and holidays as per the scheduled shifts. Very well equipped and courteous staff
Rude staff and they don't ensure service half an hour before closing time. Lying about the time by the way. I was sent away by a shop assistant who lied about the closing time. She told me they closed at 1pm but instead they close at 1.30pm. I needed an item of clothing for diabetics but evidently the sales assistant didn't want to work Absolutely avoid.
I sent my son for diabetic shoes. I am not self-sufficient. After 40 minutes of waiting they sent him away saying they couldn't let him in at 1pm. When the pharmacy closed at 1.30pm. Really unprofessional service.
I went on a Saturday after a dental visit where I was prescribed Rocefin, pending, I was not told that I could choose the generic. When I returned they didn't want to exchange it for me, claiming that they couldn't guarantee the intact packaging of the returned product.
