well-stocked pharmacy! when I need something I know that 99.9% of the time I will find it there

We went to this pharmacy to take the swab, although my husband brought the self-certification filled out with the end-of-isolation default number, they didn't accept it and we had to pay 15 euros, the next day we went to another pharmacy to do a swab for another family member and without problems they did the swab without paying the 15 euros!! I don't understand how it's possible that it wasn't possible there and elsewhere they didn't cause any problems! Plus zero privacy, the doctor asks you questions out loud before reaching the counter.

I must say that they are always very kind and helpful even if today I was surprised as they don't have the equipment to read recipes from cell phones even if the doctor somehow still managed to serve me something else that I was a little surprised by and that if you buy a drug and then later you bring a prescription you don't get reimbursed but they give you a voucher in my opinion they should reimburse but 'ok' overall professions and available
