Always kind and professional
It's a pharmacy where I bring us Unifarma medicines and Vim the doctor is very kind and good
Courteous and helpful staff, I encountered quite a few difficulties with the bureaucracy inherent in swabs for my children and the Doctor, with extreme patience, solved the problem. Absolutely recommended
SINCE the first swab carried out last week, the staff demonstrated terrible management of reservations with disdain in communicating with customers. Furthermore, approximation in the management of the results: from the information in my possession an antigenic swab requires a quarter of an hour to return the result, but for the first series of swabs for my family (4) we are cleared in much less time ( clearly after going to the checkout...). Today I had the personal feeling, as well as the confirmation, that for this pharmacy the interest linked to the swabs is mainly an economic return: only after I explained to them how the legislation in force from Monday 17/01 works and after I put them in speakerphone with the Piedmont Region (after an entire morning spent on the phone), they were convinced to grant me the exemption (they did not accept my self-certification as per the procedure indicated on the Salute Piemonte - Electronic Health Record website), claiming exclusively an SMS from the Piedmont Region (not received). Of course it would have been much more convenient for the Pharmacy to remain within the generality of an unclear regulation, to show everyone the POS and for us to pay, out of desperation not to add further controversial queues to an already frustrating quarantine... This is NOT how it's done! I believe that the Pharmacy must guarantee users' rights and be updated on the procedures to guarantee exemptions, where required by current regulations. The brunette pharmacist who listened to me to sort out the paperwork was kind, but dear Dr. Restivo, she will no longer see me in her shop, not even to buy an Aspirin!
Swab result in 5 minutes? the rapid swab protocol requires at least 15 minutes, perhaps too much haste in delivering the result, it may leave some doubts (Chinese product Zhejiang Orient) let's hope they are not like masks
