The Regoli Pharmacy enjoys a certain reputation for the kindness of its staff, a quality often appreciated by customers. However, my personal experience was somewhat different. I found the staff to be more intrusive than courteous. When I go to the pharmacy with a prescription written by my doctor, I don't consider it necessary for the pharmacist to try to take my medical history again. I understand their intent is to help, but if you don't ask for specific advice, I would prefer a less intrusive approach. Greater discretion would certainly be appreciated on my part. For those seeking advice or needing clarification, the Regoli Pharmacy may be the right place. However, if like me you prefer a less intrusive service, you may find the experience less pleasant

The Regoli pharmacy is truly excellent! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, ready to provide advice and answer any questions regarding the drugs or products on sale. I especially appreciated the wide selection of quality products available, including skin and hair care products. Furthermore, the environment is very clean and tidy, conveying a sense of professionalism and care for customers. My experiences at the Regoli pharmacy have always been positive, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-level pharmaceutical service.

A shame!! Even though I had booked the swab, I arrive 20 minutes early and wait almost 2 hours to do the swab, crazy stuff, 3 people working inside, or you speed up, or you put more staff, or reduce bookings if you know you won't know how to manage them...
