Professionalism, competence, kindness and friendliness... four adjectives that encapsulate my more than positive experience at the Riccardi Pharmacy. The high value of the advice is combined with the high quality of the products offered, which allow the resolution of the most diverse health disorders. Particular praise goes to Dr. Enzo Riccardi, for his extreme preparation and friendliness. Highly recommended.
I have been collaborating with the Riccardi pharmacy and in particular with Dr. Enzo Riccardi since 2018. I am happy to follow with him the best athletes in the world of motocross and all those people who want to improve their health and body composition. The pharmacy has a very good department of food supplements for athletes (and not only) and food and is attentive to the needs of those who turn there for support. If you are looking for support and personalized advice, the Riccardi pharmacy is the right place for you.
There's a guy all tattooed who says he's a nurse and then asks for a prescription for over-the-counter medicines, makes (invented) stories if you want to exchange products purchased by mistake and doesn't disinfect the skin before having intramuscular/subcutaneous injections. Dear Doctor Riccardi, I invite you to evaluate a little better who you hire in your pharmacy.
I paid 35 euros for a 100 ml galenic preparation, in another pharmacy I paid 27 and it was 150 ml. Among other things, you got an ingredient wrong.
Very little attention to the customer. It seems like they are doing you a favor when you buy medicines and other products from them. The customer must be welcomed with a smile and assisted in every way, otherwise one should not work with the public. Negative experience. The guys are also friendly, but we don't really talk about the pharmacist. I see that others have also had the same problem as me so it's a deep-rooted problem. There are many other pharmacies. I will definitely change.
