Very kind and competent staff. The doctor is a helpful person... He always takes the time to listen and evaluate the problem.
It's not the first time this has happened to me in this pharmacy, prices have practically doubled I paid 19.90 for a pack of GASPAN containing 14 capsules, when a pack of 28 actually costs around 16.00 euros, check
2 year warranty as required by law? Not in the Salorno pharmacy! After a year of getting the digital thermometer for almost €100 we are told that the manufacturer can no longer be found and that's it... Do you buy local where it costs you 3,4 or maybe even 5 times more and then like that!?
Making people wait outside in the cold, in the rain and wind because they cannot wear a mask (verified with a medical certificate) is INHUMAN... those who work in contact with the public MUST HAVE EMPATHY...or not? Today 12/10/2022 with a very kind and helpful staff who takes swabs and whom I trust and respect, there is always the black sheep who discriminates and throws people out of the pharmacy even in the presence of a medical exemption for the use of the mask.. Congratulations, remember, oh you hardened sergeant of my boots, that life is a spinning wheel, today to me and tomorrow to you... I hope you receive what you give with such arrogance and pride.
