As foreign travelers with limited skills in the Italian language, we were pleased to find this convenient place for our needs. The pharmacist/owner was patient and with her excellent English, she quickly helped us decide on the product we needed. It needed to be ordered, and she gave us a precise time to return to pick it up. It was exactly what we needed. As a family owned business since 1856, it was no surprise that we were treated with great respect. I would return there for all my pharmaceutical needs. Modern in every respect, it retains some of the the architectural details of the original store, so look up towards the ceiling before you leave.

Never met such rude pharmacists. I called twice during the day to book a swab, they told me the times. I arrive and after queuing outside they tell me that they are closed with swabs because there are 10 minutes left until closing. Really bad situation. Plus the doctor at the counter was grumpy for no reason. Not recommended. If you need it, don't come to them.

I was passing through Giovinazzo and, due to an emergency, I looked for the first available pharmacy. Located in the center, brand new structure, the doctor was super kind and was able to help me. Five stars and praise!

A somewhat surreal experience, the doctor arrives with her car and parks directly on the disabled space outside the pharmacy (leaving it there for hours) while she allows herself to pass judgment on the civility of the people waiting to take a swab... in effects are professionals :))
