Very friendly and helpful. Not pushy. Not sure why the other 1-2 star reviews. I called 6 different pharmacies near our Best Western Plus Universo hotel…all were very short and didn’t want to be bothered when I asked if they carried a specific brand Caudalie. But Farmacia Risorgimento gals were very helpful. We took a taxi to but what I was looking for so well worth it. I didn’t think the prices were outrageous either like some reviews said.
The only pharmacy in the neighbourhood which is open till late hours!! Very nice and polite service❤️
We went there to have our rapid test for our flight,the schedule said from 9:00 to 12:45,we arrived at 8:45 waited for a whole hour outside untill 9:45 and then someone went out and said that we don't know what time the nurse will come or if he/she is coming at all! so if you want to stay to wait its up to you! Of course we went to another....
This pharmacy was very helpful and patient as we tried to explain what we were looking for. They were very willing to answer our questions. When there was only a limited amount in stock, they offered to order more, and even offered to call us when the medicine was delivered. Open late, and they make an effort to communicate in English.
