Excluding the good experiences I have had on other occasions in this pharmacy, this time I can only be critical, but really very critical, given what happened. Let me start by saying that the scenario is that of the sad mediocre behavior of us citizens... almost none of the customers respect the 'Covid' indications indicated (in miniature) at the entrance, 'of the maximum 6 people type'... try to count yourself when you are inside. For obvious reasons in this case whoever manages the pharmacy should have little responsibility, apart from the 'wise' choice of the small piece of paper displayed at the entrance. However, the thing that left me perplexed is that one of the staff, probably a doctor or an alleged one, began to complain loudly about something that was happening outside, two customers waiting to enter were arguing and the doctor at the internally complained, arguing that those on holiday should feel more relaxed. I intervened, claiming that it wasn't a question of peace of mind, pointing out to all the staff that there were 10 of us inside (after me, when I was the 6th, a load of customers had entered!). When she later served me, I guess annoyed by my intervention, she gave me the requested medicine, repeating her name aloud several times so that all 9 customers waiting could understand what item it was... the item purchased by me is in common use, but unfortunately the professionalism in this pharmacy is sometimes not. Edit I don't assume, I simply tell what is the reality that surrounds me. Regarding holidays, I think I can choose the period that I like the most, whether expensive/chaotic or less expensive!!
