The doctor in charge is very unfriendly. Try to trim useless but expensive products. The doctors at the counter, however, are kind and collaborative. Since the pharmacy is close to my house, from now on I will only use it to collect medicines covered by the national health service
GENOESI AND INCORRECT: as of today 3-2-22 the rapid swab for exit from isolation or quarantine should NOT be paid at the pharmacy; here instead they took 15 euros from me despite having shown an identity document and a completed form.
I call to get a swab and they say no because I had a fever, now how do I know if I'm positive or not since even at work the do-it-yourself test wouldn't be valid?
When asked to download the medical device as a medical expense, they reported that it was a non-deductible parapharmaceutical. The staff is certainly not very competent.
Very rude staff, especially a very young girl who has a lot to learn and doesn't know how to do her job...
