After finding that I paid €3.90 for a product displayed at €2.90, I returned and was initially told that the offer had expired. I returned later and was told that they are not required to display prices and that having recently become part of the Lafarmacia circuit, many products displayed a different price than the one due (obviously to the customer's disadvantage). Good evening, thank you for the feedback and I certainly took advantage of a new offer today. In my opinion, the fact that you are updating the prices does not justify what happened.  You probably don't have enough interest in your customers, but that's no problem... there are many pharmacies in the area!!

Attention, disorganized and negligent, no feeling with the customer except with aseptic responses, available products are not really available, I tried to offer them alternatives with item replacements and different shipments, even losing out on shipping costs but nothing, they have no desire to bother, after 3 days of communications with emails in which they warned me every time (very calmly that the products were not available) I had to cancel the orders despite myself, never seen anything like it, and I am normally tolerant and well disposed, ...never again! Refunds made immediately but usually it will take a few days for crediting so further time wasted and I need products for celiacs.

Idiotic questions, also a recipe for kitty pesticide, so I go to the vet and he puts it in. No but... you're really smart, the best of the best. Luckily there are many other pharmacies. Goodbye and thanks.

After a first purchase from you that you sent me was wrong with another product even if similar but at a different price, I asked him for explanations having paid more than what was on offer with which I would have saved even just a few euros, you replied that the product was the same and therefore I would not have been compensated. Unfortunately, little clarity and no custom care. The experience was very negative
