I am making this review for constructive and educational purposes, yesterday 15th August I went to this pharmacy as my son was not well, as he had been vomiting for an entire day, I was forced to go to the pharmacy on duty to purchase a drug or something that could help my son, unfortunately when I asked I received grumpy answers and above all lack of professionalism and very little availability. Going to the pharmacy is not fun, it is not a supermarket, but a place of necessity. There have been other unpleasant occasions out of necessity in other pharmacies and all this has never happened to me, on the contrary always available and professional, so I tell the Doctor that yesterday I found this pharmacy to be more professional and helpful and humble.
The pharmacist blatantly ignored the fact that I had the health card in my hand and then rudely and arrogantly communicated that the transaction for the deductible drug had already taken place.
