Last time I enter this pharmacy!!! The order was a day overdue and I absolutely needed it, my doctor wasn't here until Monday and the young pharmacist gentleman immediately withdrew the order from me, among other things he didn't even come to meet me!! Zero humanity!!! Instead of helping us right now when we need it, they do the opposite!!! I will never go in there again!!! Disgust !!!
Luckily there is Rosfarm! Point of reference for any need! The manager helped me several times to get the medicines and products I needed even if they were not present in the store. Now I turn to them for every request!
Sale of masks made of handkerchief/toilet paper at €19.90 for 14 pieces, totally absent any CE mark. It is disgusting that a structure responsible for the sale of medical devices allows itself to profit from a pandemic, I hope that it will be investigated for fraud when the time comes.
Apart from the fact that it often happens that the required medications are not provided, the thing I can't stand is that they don't greet people. Both the senior pharmacist and the manager do not know how to address people politely.
Open for the night and they refuse to give me a medicine because they are only for emergencies even though I offered to pay the expected increase and I have a doctor's prescription. Congratulations to those who do the hiring
