Terrible web support! They use the GLS courier for shipments (which provides an embarrassing service, endlessly claiming deliveries never made, where proof of delivery - they do not leave a passage notice - they do not contact by telephone), and YOU CANNOT CONTACT THEM. Furthermore, I waited and reported the non-delivery (10 days after the order) to the Pharmacy's WEB customer service. After having discovered a typo in my email address, I asked for this to be rectified, to communicate it to the shipping agent for rectification and to be contacted for delivery, BUT IT WAS NOT DONE. I contacted the pharmacy again to remind them, but the dazed and incredulous employee said that he didn't know how to help me, and that I would have to wait until the following day. I waited 4 days for a shipment that was never delivered and yet again after the umpteenth notification the pharmacy's customer service told me he said that Tivoli DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO HELP ME, and that perhaps my municipality is difficult for deliveries. I also suggested recalling the shipment and sending the product back to another manager to fill my need but I was denied. At the dawn of 4 days of reminders via telephone with an uncooperative and not very decisive employee, who lacked information and valid actions to make up for the disservice after having waited in vain for GLS (the forwarding agent they use) for 4 days; 4 phone calls and 3 emails I finally managed to get my order canceled and get my money back €43. Avoid online purchases with this pharmacy that offers free shipping using cheap shippers and coming across uncooperative customer service problem solving. (terrible) Do not call for a reminder on a Saturday because the employee in charge is not working, so you will have to wait until he returns from the weekend for any ineffective help. Better then to buy locally perhaps at a higher cost, but be sure of returning home with the product. It's a shame that on trovaprezzi.it reviews the service used for delivery is dilapidated! Always! Just read!!.. mine WAS NOT AN ISOLATED CASE! Perhaps to avoid making a fool of ourselves and offer a good service we need to use, for a fee, professionals and not uncontactable scoundrels where even customer care only knows that they are floundering in the dark. Pharmacy always open I urgently needed a product at 7pm on December 31st, imagine the terror of not finding the pharmacy open on New Year's Eve. However, everything was ok, I found the product and the availability and welcome were excellent.
