I stopped by today as we are staying around and the attitude of what I think was the pharmacist was the worst. I understand I am in Italy and you try to speak the language which I did but when a person come to your pharmacy even if you don't speak English or Spanish or whatever is the language of the person, you can help. Other nice lady got my medicines and products and paying attention understood what I needed. My complain is about the treatment and attitude of this place and more in a city of obvious tourists coming all the time. For the fact, I'm latina and speak Spanish and English. I am well educated enough to understand you come to a country and you try to use the basics which I did and no demanding English or any American perspective. Later I went to the herbolaria and the lady was so nice and we both communicate in Spanish and Italian. The lady of medicines is arrogant. In Spanish we say: no importa tu idioma, debes ser siempre cortés y más cuando un extranjero visita tu tierra. This is not the way to do. The worst experience!

This place was hospital to us and was able to direct us to a Covid testing in town before we boarded our cruise ship. We are immensely grateful to the staff at this location, thank you.

For years now, the owner of the pharmacy has been using the parking lot of her pharmacy reserved EXCLUSIVELY for customers (as per clear road signs) of the pharmacy as her private parking lot. A green mini with license plate EY411YJ or a GRAY Alfa Romeo (her husband's and not a customer). Furthermore, you also park sideways, most of the time you park sideways, reducing the width of the lane, thus generating a potentially dangerous situation. Detailed photographic documentation was acquired to end this abuse of power by a self-proclaimed "prominent" doctor. Mrs. Rossi was reported several times by the citizens and the traffic police for continuing to violate the highway code and abusing her position. A written petition is being evaluated, a report to the traffic police commander and the mayor and lastly a report to the register of pharmacists in the Lazio region. Lawyer Danzi

Passing tourist, I notice that I have a slight problem in the genital area. Since this is a delicate and potentially embarrassing situation, but also for privacy reasons, I prepare a text on my smartphone to show to the pharmacist at the counter with the description of the problem, trusting in the (taken for granted) confidentiality and professionalism of those who would read it. To my dismay, what happens instead is that the lady at the counter, without a coat on, (I presume the owner) reads aloud the text that described my problem and the related medicine to solve it, a reading perfectly heard by the younger colleague who was nearby and for luck from no one else as there were no other customers. Now I believe that in this episode there was not only a serious problem of professionalism inherent to customer privacy but also a lack of basic intelligence. I can't give any other explanation.

Courtesy is NOT at home. The doctor began to respond with somewhat rude tones as my health card was not readable with an optical reader. Annoyed she had to do her duty to enter the "infinite 16 codes" of the CF. Luckily there are many other pharmacies that do their work with humility, love, dedication and customer care. I hope that the new year brings some education to "Mister" Doctor.
