On Saturday 11 March I went to an event organized by the pharmacy, where I had the opportunity to receive a facial massage from a talented girl (Charlotte) who introduced me to some very interesting natural skin care products. It was a really interesting experience. The pharmacy staff is young and professional. I hope they organize more activities in the future.

A paradise for us women!! Their intoxicating perfumes, creams, serums, combined with Anna's professionalism, competence, kindness and smile, which never fails, make it a real point of reference for those who want to take care of their appearance and pamper themselves with specific, valid and truly effective products. After having literally tried them on my skin I will never abandon them again!!! Thankseeeee

Unfortunately I was served with my purchase by a person who could at least apologize for the continuous mistakes made during the day (wrong time for collection, wrong recipe..) We can all make mistakes but it would be good to admit it to the customer too. Instead, I thank the other colleague who clarified all my doubts.

Very kind staff for every need! Anna Rossi, the owner, is infinitely exquisite. I'm happy because thanks to her I rediscovered some truly excellent cosmetic products. The Rossi pharmacy is now not the usual pharmacy but it is also synonymous with great quality for all women like me who love their skin♥️
