Staff is very polite and helpful!

As a regular customer I can say that the service offered is excellent: the professional and trained staff, always helpful and kind, makes it one of the best pharmacies in the area.

"If there are people we don't answer the phone." Answer given today after 2 hours of repeated phone calls. My request was not urgent, but important to me. So in case of emergency or telephone information, contact another pharmacy, which will have fewer staff, but more availability towards the customer.

Zero confidentiality and discretion, asking customers for sensitive information out loud: change jobs.

In recent months I have had to use DOZENS of different pharmacies in two Italian regional territories, always with the same (repeatable) instructions signed and stamped by an obviously authorized hospital facility: NEVER had ANY problems. This morning at the Rossi pharmacy nothing was going well and, according to them, they did me a "pleasure" by selling me the drugs ESSENTIAL for the treatment I am following. Furthermore, I am consoled by reading other reviews where the rude manner of the staff on duty is highlighted since I have the same experience. The competition nowadays is immense, as others have already said, I advise the public to use another pharmacy.
