Kind, competent and always available...

Classic village pharmacy, friendly and helpful staff, the only flaw is that you often have to book things. I need the same medicine once a month (I've been coming here for over a year now) and yet every time I go they almost never have it even though every time I ask to keep one and I spend so much time taking it. For the rest, however, nothing is missing. Excellent availability of the staff.

Even though it is a village pharmacy it is very well stocked with everything that is not just medicines. Every time I needed something in the medical field I was able to confidently turn to Dr. Rovani. Advice or a solution can always be found.

Sympathy and courtesy not received! Second time I've come to this pharmacy and the impression is the same since you enter and they don't say hello, they look at you as if you were bothering them and they serve you rudely. It's a shame that it's the closest pharmacy to my house but I think next time I'll travel a little further and go to another pharmacy.....
