In a public establishment the fundamental thing is the relationship with the customer who brings the money to also support the staff. I fear that the gentleman who served me today does not hold this opinion. Arrogant, rude and not at all professional. I recommend evaluating a job that does not involve direct contact with the public and a good behavioral course, it would certainly make him grow and understand that it is not he who is doing the customer a favor but it is the customer who is doing him a favor! Congratulations, one less customer.

I entered and the red-haired doctor didn't even greet me, I politely asked for the medicine and she gave it to me as if she were doing me a favor, she practically threw me the receipt and the health card while greeting me through gritted teeth. The all-day opening hours are excellent, it's not easy to find a pharmacy that's open even during lunch breaks and this makes the difference. Friendly staff, a little too strict compared to most when it comes to issuing drugs, even if it would be correct to do so.
