This morning I went to the pharmacy and left almost in tears. After contacting on Monday the 16th and asking if they had masks available to avoid unnecessary travel, I was told to go on Friday morning the day they would arrive and that they didn't take reservations. This morning I went, I stood in line and when my turn came I was told I have them but I can't give them to you I'll give them to whoever I have on the list.... Sorry for the outburst but I feel treated like a citizen of Serie B and I feel denied my right. Also because they were sold to a customer before me without problems. Honestly, I was very, very saddened by it. I believe that no one should be denied a basic necessity. And that a pharmacist has the duty to limit travel where possible in such a delicate moment.
