Very bad experience as a pharmacist...... On Friday afternoon I enter this passing pharmacy and present three prescriptions for drugs, they deliver two to me and one they tell me is not available and so I say thank you and leave. This morning I try to pick it up at another pharmacy in my area and they tell me they can't deliver it to me because the prescription is loaded in the pharmacy in question and I have to go back there to have it unlocked. So force majeure, I get back in the car and from the Agip Motel I go back to Bonagia to solve the problem, I find a shift of six people and I wait about 20 minutes. Having finally arrived at the counter I see an arm holding out a piece of paper from my left shoulder to the pharmacist, it was a very attractive brunette girl who as soon as she entered was trying to get through the queue. The pharmacist, very taken by the young girl, extends his arm and with a lightning-fast circus move grabs the ticket and tells me in an imperious tone "The young lady comes first because she just has to collect it!!", I, astonished, explain to the galvanized pharmacist that he was making a mistake because despite having queued politely for almost half an hour I didn't have to collect any medicine but I only needed the "unlocking" of a prescription, therefore the correction of a mistake made by one of his colleagues the day before, but he with great indifference and a mocking smile continued to treat the PC with the leaflet passed, waited for the medicine, bagged it and handed it over with emotional kindness. Then again with indifference and highly annoyed he unlocked the recipe for me and without even looking at me in the face he even took me for an idiot by arrogantly saying "he could have easily made a phone call". What more can I say? I would have some qualifying adjectives for the cashier, but I leave it to your fervent imagination, what is certain is that I would have provided the curly girl's telephone number for her, if she really needed it!!!!" What can we do? Sometimes in Palermo l education and professionalism are not at home.
