09/10/2023 5.20 am, I call for an emergency and the night service guy answers me with an annoyed tone and what's more, once the problem has been explained, I report that I would be there within 10 minutes, he very politely throws me away the phone in your face. I get to the counter and he always tells me in an annoyed tone "NEXT TIME GO TO THE EMERGENCY". I hope there isn't a "next time". What is certain is that this person should first of all change jobs and above all remember that they have to take a nap at home "next time". Ugly rude.
