I purchase a Solgar product, a probiotic, at the DISCOUNTED cost of €24, containing 60 pills. I get home and I realize that the product expires in just 30 days. Since it is an EXPENSIVE supplement, and as many as 60 pills (1 per day must be taken), it is obvious that I immediately return to the pharmacy for a replacement. The doctor, not having the product in stock, orders it and asks me to show up the next day to replace the product (NOT collecting my bottle). Arriving the following day, I enter the pharmacy with the Solgar supplement (and receipt) in tow and, obviously, I don't find the same pharmacist but 2 colleagues who are totally DISPOSABLE and DISCONSUMED. I make the request for replacement (telling what happened) and, from that moment, there is a series of suspicious looks towards me and clarification phone calls to my pharmacist colleague. 10 minutes pass and, suspiciously, DISCONTINUED doctor number 1 looks at me and says: "but where did you get this bottle? You already delivered it last night,” as if I were giving them something bought elsewhere. I show my disappointment, among other things, since it is already delivered, I could easily take it back and leave the pharmacy with all 2 products, paying only for 1. DISTURBED pharmacist number 2 babbles something incomprehensible behind the back of incompetent pharmacist number 1 and the bickering continues for no reason until, when I call her colleague on the phone AGAIN, she confirms what I SAID 20 minutes earlier: the product must be REPLACED and has NOT yet been returned. NOT happy, DISCONTINUED number 1 states, in a pedantic and provocative manner, that they can easily sell short-term products. It's a shame that DISCONTINUED number 1 should know that, yes, short-term products can be sold, but the CUSTOMER must be notified at the time of sale and that, NO, products that expire within 30 days MUST BE WITHDRAWN, especially one that costs €28 to the public and must be taken for more than 60 days. To seal her total inability, DISCONTINUED pharmacist number 1 takes back the €4.00 discount given to her by her colleague the day before and asks me for the difference with the exact words: "the discount is not due, it's courtesy". I, now at the mercy of her ignorance, give her the €4.00 thinking that, perhaps, she is a poor, underpaid and precarious person who needs attention from the owner. PRODUCT WHICH, among other things, ELSEWHERE actually costs €10.00 LESS! (see photo) DO ME A PLEASE, AVOID THIS PHARMACY LIKE THE PLAGUE. nothing else to add, your HONOR.

Absolutely inconclusive and unable to conclude a practice. They don't give any information about it and every day when they ask for the doctor (so who are the other two? Sales assistants?) they reply in a standard way that she isn't here and will be back in two hours, or tomorrow. I finish by saying that even by telephone it is impossible to contact them, they pick up the phone and hang up. Maximum disappointment and I do not recommend it

My mother buys an analogue contact thermometer for my one and a half year old baby, paying €47 for it, with almost zero discount. We thought it was broken because, when using it, the child's body temperature varied continuously over a very short period of time. My wife goes back to the pharmacy to replace it but they show her that the thermometer was actually working. We actually couldn't keep the baby still for the time necessary to measure the temperature. I returned to the pharmacy two days later (well within the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal) to ask for the contact thermometer to be replaced with a remote thermometer, they replied that they didn't have one. I therefore ask for a voucher for the amount spent for the return of the thermometer, which works but is not suitable for my needs. Let me start by saying that the thermometer was intact and placed correctly in the box which had no seals... Answer: the first time they replied that the product could not be changed because the box had been opened and could no longer be sealed: FALSE and IRRELEVANT as the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL provides that the "substantial integrity of the goods to be returned" (as the law states) must be interpreted in the sense that the goods, even if examined and tested by the consumer, retain their initial usefulness. I point this out, they tell me to come back and speak to the manager, I return and this time they reply, in a rude and rude manner, that they could not take the thermometer back as it had come into contact with another person, and for reasons of protection of the right to health they couldn't resell it!. MORALS: No respect for the CONSUMER and the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL; Rude and presumptuous manager... and I'm a peacemaker. In the area there are certainly, in my opinion, better pharmacies and above all MORE CONSUMER FRIENDLY.

I'm a foreigner but I've lived here for 10 years... before deciding which would be my trusted pharmacy, I visited several and not only in the area... the competence of the doctors who follow one another is high... the costs also in the pandemic, they have never been inflated... I recommend it...
