Terrible experience....About a week ago I purchased the Seresto cat collar online. Everything confirmed at the moment, payment accepted, only to then receive a very brief email the same evening saying Refunded. I asked for information twice on the same email address, but I still have not received any information, much less a refund of the sum on Postepay....
Stay away... I also had a first, terrible and certainly last experience with the purchase of a scalibor collar. In brief the facts: I order the collar from the site since the price was excellent but at the same time as receiving the order confirmation, I receive an email announcing it with regret...??? (put a damn warning on the site...) that the product wasn't in stock, never mind I say, I'll wait a bit, days pass but no news, no response to my attempts to contact... in short, terrible 360 degree seriousness, fortunately PayPal refunds... never to hear from us again, learn to work and respect the customer.
Very bad experience. I wanted to buy a Scalibor collar online and I politely wrote if it was possible to know the expiration date. On the first phone call, to the number on the pharmacy website, a gentleman answers me and rudely tells me that this is the administrative office and that if I want information to write an email or whatsapp. I write to both, but no response. I phone, but no one answers. Then on FB I realize that the telephone numbers are different from those on the site... and this already says a lot about the seriousness! I write on WhatsApp on the number found on FB. The next day I finally get a response to my expiration date request: “stop by the pharmacy,” I'm told. I reply in turn that it's a bit inconvenient for me as I'm from Genoa... If it were possible I would give 0 stars.
I placed an order on 11/04 and not only did they not send me the goods but they don't answer either my emails or my cell phone. Bad supplier.
I waited 22 days for my online order, sent 2 emails to receive some shipping information and they never replied. They refunded me out of nowhere without saying anything. Terrible experience
