Farmacia Russo Venera Daniela

I found myself in Zafferana to spend 2 days in this town and enjoy the Ottobrata festival, but this evening I have a health problem... so I look for a pharmacy on duty, I find Farmacia Russo which only requires calls with a doctor's prescription. I'm not saffron but I'm still feeling bad so I call one of the numbers. A lady answers and after listening to me tells me to go to my doctor at home to get the prescription and return to take the medicine. There's no point in explaining that I'm 200 km away and I need a medicine. She inflexibly suggests I go to a pharmacy. open which doesn't exist in saffron at 9.30pm... I explain to her that I'm sick and she in response invites me to reach Giarre or Acireale to look for someone who can sell me some generic drugs without a prescription. It's absurd that in 2022 a pharmacist (who certainly has studied and therefore is educated) can leave a person suffering like this without a right answer, I respect their rule but I'm not local and I didn't know who to turn to. I've been living in Zafferana for 11 years, I have to compliment Dr. Daniela Russo's pharmacy, they are special people! Always available, very polite, always ready to give pleasures! The other doctors are also perfect!
