Very Poor experience here. I came in and asked for suggestions on a face exfoliant and the pharmacist recommended a small tube without telling me the price. I didn’t find out until after I had paid that it was 30 euro for a tiny tube! The next day I came to return it, unopened, and the employee treated me like a criminal, accusing me of using the exfoliant (which I didn’t). It wasn’t until I had gotten back home that I saw there’s a seal on the tube, so I could have easily gone back and argued for my money back and proven it was completely unopened, but I didn’t want to bother any more at this point. Terrible treatment of customers

A very unpleasant experience. I was in a situation where I needed to get the emergency contraceptive pill and I was in need of information and guidance since it was my first time. Needless to say I was treated instead with obvious judgement and a resistence to being helpul. Honestly baffling treatment, part of the job is also customer care, not just selling behind the counter. Very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend to go.

Very rude. Acted very strangely...not letting me look at merchandise in the back that was clearly for sale. If you are not from Firenze, I won't even say Italian since I'm part Italian, they don't want your business. And they said something derogatory about us being Americans. Plenty of other great Farmacias to visit but definitely don't visit this one. Don't be swayed by the 5 star reviews. Clearly from families of the workers or friends or paid. Or perhaps loss of business from poor reviews and a feeble attempt to resucitate a business better left to reap the consequences of poor service.

Terrible experience and customer service: I had my ears pierced (which were done in a hurry), one of the holes was done completely askew and took a part of my cartilaginous tissue which quickly became infected. The earring that was put on me was so tight that when I couldn't help but remove it I realized that when I tried to put it back on it didn't even stick out on the other side as it had been done at an angle and I was forced to let the hole close. . I returned to ask for a refund (which I did not receive) and was treated with indifference and rudeness.
