TOTALLY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE My partner asked for a medicine for me for menstrual pain, which had been requested by me and on the doctor's recommendation, but they sold him another one claiming that the one requested was for nausea (false, by the way). When this was pointed out to them they said it was our fault because I had to go myself, but I was immobilized by pain. It was good that I wasn't allergic to any of the ingredients. Unprofessional, I will never go back there again.

Terrible service. I went all the way to Lorenzana to get a specific drug prescribed by the local medical guard for my partner, but, taking advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding the menstrual cycle, they had to sell me another one, with different therapeutic indications (without taking the slightest notice of the fact that, moreover, there may be allergies or intolerances to active ingredients or excipients). I was basically humiliated and made fun of just because I was a man. Once I arrived home, and ascertained with my partner that the drug was not working well, I called to point it out, and the response was: "it would probably have been better to consult the person who needed the drug". In short, humiliated a second time, without any restraint, again because evidently a man cannot buy certain drugs. What if I were a doctor? Or a pharmacist? However, I will evaluate whether to report the behavior to the pharmacists' register. Given that I will never set foot there again in my life, today I certainly learned a good lesson for the future.

Excellent pharmacy, well stocked. Kindness and friendliness are never lacking. Staff always available to suggest the best product with great professionalism and patience. Well-conceived organization of spaces, also in compliance with anti-Covid rules: customers entering and exiting only meet at the door, because there is a waiting lane and a separate, parallel lane for leaving the pharmacy. It is possible to book the rapid test for Covid 19.

Fast service. Always open and therefore extremely comfortable. Kind and prepared. Very convenient location on Tosco Romagnola, and easy parking. Well-stocked pharmacy. I recommend it to anyone who is in the area.
