I'll briefly tell you about my experience last night, my partner called in the afternoon to ask if there were places available for Covid swabs, the answer was: Reservations must be made in person, I show up in the evening and I find a sign saying that reservations are not made, I wait for my 🔃, I go in and simply ask if this is when I can make a reservation and I am verbally attacked by the pharmacist who tells me that it's not possible to book, as there are only two of us and it's not possible, so I'm asking if it's possible to come back at a quieter time because I would need swabs to get the green pass.... He makes me understand by shaking his head that it's I'd better not introduce myself again..... Well, beyond the rudeness and apparently the incompetence, a dispassionate piece of advice is: if you are not able to manage a service for any reason, remove it from the services you make available because you only do wasting people's time unnecessarily. Signed by a disgruntled customer who will never set foot in your pharmacy again

I have been going to this pharmacy for medicines for some time and even to take the swab and I can say that the doctor is uniquely kind and professional, always and I underline always available.

A pharmacy with qualified, trained and above all kind and courteous staff. For me certainly among the best.
