I purchased a product recommended by my doctor and upon returning home I realize that it contains lactose and I cannot use it. I returned to the pharmacy after a few hours and explained the situation by saying if they could replace it with a lactose-free one but they refused my request saying that their sales policy does not allow this to be done. I'm just sorry that I will throw it away and it has a significant cost. Surely with a little will they could have done it I understand that they had to download it on today's sales and it would have taken a little time.

For me they would be zero stars... The absolute worst pharmacy in existence... I sent my son to get a medicine because I was unable... But they sent it back in a shameless and impertinent way... Lens and poko profess

Good and precise

I didn't know this pharmacy and therefore I'm not a customer. But I was able to appreciate great availability and courtesy: explanation in detail of a medicine requested but not available, and phone call to another pharmacy at 9.00 pm, to ask if it was available and waiting for my arrival, to collect the medicine (closing time).

Pharmacy always open even on Saturdays, very kind doctors who also know how to advise, equipped with everything. Excellent
