From the latest reviews you can understand how much the quality level of employee communication/behavior has dropped. Terrible communication, they immediately go into overdrive and humiliate customers.
On January 12th I went to the pharmacy with my mother and brother to take control swabs. I knew that the swabs were free for the school population so we got a prescription written on white paper by the GP and the pharmacy accepted the prescriptions and we took the swabs, unfortunately my brother tested positive. Today, January 18, the lady from the pharmacy called saying that the prescriptions were not good and that if my mother had not paid or brought the mechanical prescription they would have interrupted the covid procedure due to my brother's positivity!!!! Tomorrow my mother will ask the doctor if he can give her the mechanical prescription, even if I think it was their mistake to intimidate people with the threat of interrupting the Covid procedures, I think it is incorrect behavior especially in this moment where people are tried psychologically and economically. In my opinion they should be reported!!! Incorrect and unprofessional behavior
They have always been very kind, but yesterday it happened to me that the lady at the counter, when I presented her with the prescription, to swab my daughter, told me that it wasn't right. The point is that since I had to take a control swab on Monday morning, my GP gave me the prescription on Friday, given that he would be studying in the afternoon on Monday. The lady at the counter continued to say that I used the prescription several times, I also explained to her that once the swab has been taken, the pharmacy keeps the prescription. Surely the white recipe was no longer suitable for the swab, but to insinuate that I was scamming them was mortifying, especially in this moment of global difficulty!!!! Before hiring, check if he has the skills!!!! Terrible behavior
I have only now read the comment of a customer who I personally telephoned because the free swab procedure carried out on the child was not correct. I don't see what the problem could be... I carry out a responsible job especially with those who monitor us at the local health authority and I it seemed right to inform the lady that the handwritten sheet of paper with a simple stamp was not good. I justify the ignorance on our part as the procedure is new for us too, but I don't understand condemning completely legitimate behavior , because I work in a pharmacy and I have to account for our work. I'm sorry that you misunderstood my words when I was talking about blocking the procedures but I certainly wasn't talking about the result of the swab now on the platform.
I accompanied my niece to take a swab in this pharmacy, what can I say... Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful of privacy since they thought it was normal to shout from the rooftops about the positivity of the little girl I was accompanying, we never went back!!!
