Doctors always available, friendly and very competent, well-stocked pharmacy, always tidy and clean, with excellent cosmetic brands, various services (very good osteopath, hair analysis, blood pressure measurement, electrocardiogram etc...) Personally, I always find it very good, I would recommend it both to passing customers and as a reference pharmacy.

I put one star because I can't put zero. I took an unhygienic swab on Thursday the 20th at around 12 in the morning. In addition to breaking my nose, the doctor was very rude towards me. Furthermore, taking a swab from them cost €15, a very exaggerated amount for a swab I have never felt so bad about a swab that happened after having it done in this pharmacy I will never go there again

Good morning, in the 9 years that I have lived in Milan I have unfortunately frequented various pharmacies with negative results because I was annoyed by the coldness with which I was welcomed. In recent days I have discovered the Sant' Antonio pharmacy and I must say that I am was very well received. Congratulations to Dr. M. Gottardi who is very kind and well prepared. You deserve zero stars! I use your service and your performance is always almost unsatisfactory. Very heavy hand with a swab that makes you cry. At the end of the payment I ask you if, in addition to giving me the result, you would also kindly print the GP. With one excuse or another, don't print it for me. It takes nothing to print it. That's a lot for you! But take 15 euros and you are ready to take them immediately!!! I had to go to another pharmacy to get it printed. Without excuses or anything else and without having paid them a 15 euro service, they were so kind and fair in providing me with what I deserved. I will never return to your pharmacy again. Terrible service. Incompetent and rude staff. And as for the area, it's not the best either. There are bad people around! In the evening, stay away from that area. But go to other pharmacies with staff who are more courteous and willing to offer you better service!
