I follow this pharmacy on social media and I had the perception that they were very competent and cutting-edge. So, I turned to them for a galenic preparation prescribed by my gynecologist, given that I hadn't been happy with the pharmacy she recommended for various reasons. Well, what can I say? Communication was fast and the exchange of emails was exquisitely polite, which is rare these days. You can follow the progress of the order and I must say that they were very fast and punctual. Impeccable from start to finish. Maybe the shipping costs are a little expensive, but all in all it's ok, given that these are also particular products. I will contact them again in the future. Customer for the first and last time, never again. Ordered oncology medication for my cat at the vet's suggestion but I would have much preferred not to have listened to that suggestion. After payment, in theory the order should have been ready in 2-4 working days but alas, almost 10 have passed and to date I still haven't received it even though the email said that I will receive it tomorrow. I would have liked to give my cat a little more relief for the last few days she has left but unfortunately I don't know if I will be able to. I will never order a drug from this pharmacy again.
