We did the rapid Covid test for a green pass. It takes some time to do the paperwork but we got a QR code printed and a certificate for the negative test. €15 each. Took about an hour all up. Easy drive from mennagio.
New look but same very incorrect way of doing things. Displayed price €11, paid price €12. Why? Good question. “The prices displayed are not updated”. In a newly opened pharmacy? Congratulations for the lack of professionalism. I repeat, new look, same way of doing things.
Pharmacy on duty for public holidays, I called at 1.05pm to ask if he had a certain drug, from the moment he told me he had it at "house" I informed him that I was leaving Dongo at that moment... so the weather on the road... he told me there was no problem. I arrive, doing everything in a hurry. Pharmacy CLOSED! called the emergency number. No reply. I am speechless.

Nice staff, we had to communicate with our hands and feet at first because we don't speak Italian. Later a lady came who spoke English. We were helped and we are very satisfied
