Small outburst to share: San Giuseppe pharmacy in Vigliano (opposite the Lidl): I go with a request from my son (1 year old) for 3 medicines. They give me two for children and one for adults (nose drops). The first evening after using the drops I had doubts given the dark color and the rigid nozzle and reading the leaflet I learned that that medicine is prohibited for children under 12 years of age. So I go to the pharmacy to report the incorrect delivery. Response from the manager. from the pharmacy: 0-12 years is not specified on the referral, error by the doctor. Question: and is it normal for you that I arrive with a prescription for a 1 year old child, and receive 2 medicines for children and 1 medicine for adults? Pharmacy response: in borderline cases there may be mixed child-adult challenges. You can imagine my outburst in front of the other customers 😤 Conclusion: the San Giuseppe pharmacy has lost at least my family as customers. As in all sectors, precisely in situations where the human component is called into question, one has the opportunity to perceive the value of a person or institution or business. How sad, for a medicine costing less than €10 ☹
A point of reference full of competence and professionalism, in "emergencies" they always resolved the situation brilliantly for me. Highly recommended.
