I go with a doctor's prescription for a drug that I have been taking regularly for years. After the purchase I realize that I paid more than usual, I discover that although I only had to pay the copay, I was charged the full amount of the drug. I point out that they tell me that they know nothing about it, I have basically been scammed. How disgusting, you deserve to close
I purchase a product, as requested by my doctor. After about 20 minutes I realize that it is the wrong product, I ask if it was possible to make a return, they reply that under Covid, they don't make returns. Any further comment is superfluous.
Professionalism and friendliness are, apparently, inversely proportional. They are certainly very professional
Rude towards customers and their dogs. We won't be back again.
Rude staff like few others. Makes judgments about treatments. Shame!
