Excellent welcome and high professionalism

Not at all satisfied, I have already been made uncomfortable twice by a drug for veterinary use. The first time I ordered it it should have arrived two days later in the MORNING, I show up and no, it's not there, it arrives in the afternoon (wasted time and petrol, also because I don't live in the area). Having reordered the same drug, I go to collect it about 15/20 days after the order (the prescription was still valid) and no, the drug isn't there "maybe we didn't order it because it costs a lot and he had to give us the ok" but when? These were not the agreements. Returned this afternoon, with the prescription expired two days ago and it turns out that the drug was there, and the pharmacist had not been able to find it. Moral of the story: they made a fuss over me to get it even though it was their mistake and I also have to spend €5 to have the recipe made again (it's not the €5 itself but more a question of principle). I'll have to keep going to them because they're the only ones who can find it but I'm not happy at all.

Entering the pharmacy and finding footprints drawn on the ground of both the foot and the paws, this alone deserves 5 stars. Staff very courteous and capable of putting up with customer annoyances. I happened to be present at a scene that seemed like something out of a comedy film. I don't envy them!!!
