I sent my husband to buy some anti-lice shampoo first thing in the morning. He comes home with a package with a complementary product written on it... little time to read carefully before going to work, treatment to be given to the whole family, sheets to change but in doubt... So I decide to call the pharmacy and the person who sold the product assures that yes, it kills lice. This evening I discover that this is not the case. Everything needs to be redone, treatment, environmental cleanup, etc. I am a doctor and I only have to add that I hope that the lady in question is able to be more professional and attentive at least when she sells life-saving drugs.
