Pharmacy on duty until midnight, I go for a dacryocystitis problem hoping that the doctor can give me a local ointment or anything else that could relieve the discomfort/pain/burning in the eye. I ring, I explain my problem very politely and the person present in the pharmacy answers me in an annoyed tone, doesn't open the door or even deigns to at least take a look at my problem. Anyone who goes to a pharmacy on duty does not do so for fun but out of NECESSITY and perhaps a little bit of tact and courtesy would be appreciated.

Very well looked after pharmacy...discreet, helpful and friendly staff...has practically any effective remedy...they are very knowledgeable...there is also a very assorted cosmetics department...the doctor in particular is disarmingly kind ...for the delivery of medicines they are always on time...and if the preparation is not on site, it is available within a maximum of 3/4 hours...
