Ok right, I'm better specific, I don't question the pharmacy but I came to the pharmacy to collect a test tube for an oncological exam and after 16 km I discovered that I couldn't collect it because the local health authority didn't give you the necessary authorizations, obviously I don't know who it belongs to blame but at least a solution could be found to warn me and others so as not to make a wasted trip. For example, the next day I called the local health authority for a new appointment and communicated the problem that had occurred, specifying not to make any further appointments with your pharmacy given the impossibility of finalizing the procedure. But I would add that the pharmacy staff was very kind, apologizing several times for the mix-up. I don't know if it was possible to notify people that they were unable to deliver the tubes.
Reference pharmacy for years now, friendly and well stocked.
It's my trusted pharmacy, I only go to them for supplies. Regarding the staff, they are fantastic, ready to help you at any time and above all very knowledgeable about everything you ask, they advise you a lot. The pharmacy itself is well stocked...congratulations indeed!! I recommend 💖
