Terrible experience and professionalism. I strongly advise against this pharmacy due to several experiences that have led me not to go there anymore: - despite the exemption they made me pay for a drug to which I am exempt, telling me that the legislation had changed (which was not true and verified at other pharmacies); - they put me in difficulty with a galenic drug that I needed and which I instead managed to find in other pharmacies without any problems. In summary, I strongly advise against this pharmacy and invite anyone to go to the many others in the surrounding area.

I went to the pharmacy to collect 6 blisters of medication, the first doctor gave me a pack of 3 blisters without telling me anything and kept the prescription. I come back with the receipt, they tell me that they didn't give me 6 BLISTERS because the BOX of 6 blisters doesn't exist. To which they tell him to give me a 4. They reply that it's not possible because the recipe is written WRONG. When I ask according to what criteria the three-pack was given to me, if the prescription is WRONG, the doctor remains petrified and replies "it's the best we can give, have the prescription rewritten" when the 1 blister pack of the aforementioned drug also exists. Read the recipes carefully before giving them to him, even if something is written wrong, like an A instead of a B ;)

I have always purchased from this pharmacy but I decided not to go anymore as I found myself witnessing an unpleasant event. While I was in line to buy products prescribed by my dentist (on a Wednesday afternoon at 2.00 pm) I discovered that those who have to take a swab test (therefore I suspect positive) can easily wait inside the pharmacy even without a mask. I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn't stay in line and I went to buy what I needed elsewhere. I am absolutely not criticizing their choice but since we are not all the same and not all of us have the privilege of having the antibodies necessary to face Covid, my family and I decided that it is better to avoid it.

I needed a swab so I could perform surgery the following morning. No message on the noticeboard, I queue, get to the cash register... no swab. There was no point in specifying the reason and urgency of the swab. They suggested I go to a pharmacy (46 minutes away), which closed an hour later. W empathy.
