This pharmacy is under the house.. it is the place where you can also go for advice. I feel very comfortable and the doctors are all very kind. Thank you for your work...and also for your patience. Good work.
I happened to go to a peripheral area of Monza and stop in this pharmacy. During the height of the pandemic, when there were also various green pass obligations, I was able to observe scrupulous attention with constant checks that all customers sanitized their hands and wore masks. Staff that represents full inclusiveness. The professionalism and care they showed make this pharmacy an excellent point of reference for anyone in this area of Monza.
Not even swabs can be done. Last year I asked for surgical masks even before the pandemic and they didn't even have those. You are useless. (Replying to the owner's comment) I asked for the masks in February 2020, even before the health emergency, so you have no excuses. I also know that there are other pharmacies for making swabs (and fortunately I would add!!) I'm not there waiting for you to wake up. But in that case I went to your pharmacy, and you had nothing and you are also the "reference" pharmacy so it is unacceptable.
I wanted to compliment the "doctor" who today "gave" me a mask as if I were a poor person and who, turning his back on me, invited me to "get the fuck out" by calling me TU and making unladylike gestures with his hands. At first glance CUSTOMERS remember EDUCATION and THEN professionalism. Best regards.
