There is no lower score. Good pharmacy just to get a quick swab and that's it. I have asked for over-the-counter drugs several times and they have always offered me poor-quality drugs, which cost as much as uranium and which do not solve the problem. I tried to get some medicines booked and obviously they didn't arrive on the day they indicated. I asked to book an analysis at a specific facility, they "guaranteed" me that there was no need for a booking and... Coincidentally there was a need to book, as has been the case in every healthcare facility for 3 years.

I have the flaw of not putting up with rude and unkind people. I am referring to Mrs Francesca, who telephoned me at 3.06pm today (14/02/2022) to reproach me for the fact that I did not show up at 2pm (still today, therefore one hour earlier), to carry out a quick swab previously booked by me. I promptly apologize. I explain that, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to be on time and that, due to the lack of network (since I was in an area without coverage at the time), I was unable to notify in good time. At this point the lady replies in an annoyed and arrogant tone: "Notify me?!?!? I hope it doesn't happen again in the future!". At this point all I can do is reassure you that in the future I will go to another pharmacy and... Kind regards.

Kind, and whatever you want to say. But when you have been buying the same drug every 4 days for more than 1 month for 20 euros... and due to logistical problems you buy it in another pharmacy because you are out of the area and they charge you 14.80... at that point you ask yourself: will they have wrong? Ok let's ask another pharmacy!! 15.60... little stuff.. nothing the answer is quite easy then... prices must have an adequate increase no free to sympathy!!! Thrown away more than 80 euros like this... for me it's worth mentioning!
