I had to buy some drugs for both myself and the dog, I arrived in front of the pharmacy and read the sign ''due to the rudeness of some owners we cannot enter''. Obviously, as a civilized person who respects the messages of commercial activities, I respected the writing and did not enter. However, this is the only pharmacy in the area, and since the pharmacy is an important and fundamental service for the citizen (prescription drugs can only be bought in the pharmacy), I find it a disservice. Thinking that because of some rude person everyone else will suffer is not intelligent. If a person behaves in a certain way it is not right for others to suffer the consequences. If it were a bar, and there are many bars in the area, it wouldn't be a problem but there is only one pharmacy in the area and so if you are there with your dog I don't see why you can't go in out of necessity. and or urgency. Furthermore, you can also buy medicines for dogs in the pharmacy (which are expensive). One day, having the dog and seeing that I needed to buy some drugs, I tried to call to ask if it was possible to receive the drugs outside the pharmacy, paying in advance, but no one ever answered the phone. There are situations in which unfortunately it is not possible to leave your dog alone in the workplace or at home and therefore at least in those situations it would be common sense to be able to enter the pharmacy with your dog to make purchases. If it were an unnecessary service, it could be done without but since it is the only place where certain purchases can be made, exceptions could be made or a counter could be created where medicines can be purchased externally. We are in Milan, we are in 2024, the solutions to meet the polite and paying customer, if desired, are there. Milan is a large city but it is made up of neighborhoods that offer services to meet the needs of citizens who live, study and or work in that area. However, in the case of this pharmacy, if you have a dog you have to change the area to purchase medicines. The argument that everyone is affected because of someone's fault is a speech without logical sense: if a person is rude it doesn't mean that others are rude and therefore it doesn't mean that they should suffer the same treatment. So if you have a dog, don't go to this pharmacy because you can't enter.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for a few years and I have always found it quite good. This morning, however, I was really disappointed. After queuing for more than an hour to take my blood pressure, I heard the doctor tell me that I should sit down and wait because there were too many people. It takes 5 minutes to measure your blood pressure. The same doctor wasted a lot of time explaining to some customers before me how collecting points works and how to receive rewards. SHAMEFUL!!!!

Bad!!!! They are always out of stock and what's more they never accept a customer's request, they row against it, shame on them.

According to the school circulars, it should be possible to take a swab test for your child without a reservation also at this pharmacy. We enter, there is no other customer, they ask us for the reservation and the ATS sheet. We show the latter, but the doctor turns up his nose at the lack of reservation and goes for a 15 minute phone call, completely uninterested in making us wait. As soon as the call ends, a customer with a reservation comes in and the doctor informs us that "obviously" he needs her first. There is also a long chat with the customer, just to annoy us further. After 25 minutes of this suffering, we left without having taken the test. Given all this consideration that was given to us, we will certainly never go back again either for the swab or to stock up.
