I advise Doctor Luisa Santoro to treat customers with more respect and kindness. It happens that we have misunderstandings, but customers (before customers, people) should not be mortified as you did with me. I was kind to her by dictating everything she needed, but with incredible arrogance and rudeness she embarrassed me in front of other people and in front of the staff. The good thing is that I also tried to explain to her several times how to help us resolve the situation, but apparently she seems to be one of those people who can only listen to her voice.
