Saturday 11pm, pharmacy on duty. I have a dog that keeps vomiting. The vet kindly tells me to give him Plasil half a tablet immediately. I kindly turn to the pharmacist behind the counter explaining the problem to him, and despite telling him what the vet told me, he doesn't want to give me Plasil, but recommends the over-the-counter drug based on metoclopramide (the active substance of Plasil), but in effervescent tablets, to be dissolved in water, with a decidedly inappropriate administration since the dog doesn't keep anything down... I point this out to him, but nothing, he doesn't want to give me the Plasil. Now, I'm also your colleague and I know perfectly well that on Maalox Nausea you have a greater discount than on Plasil, point one. Point two, if you had been a drug professional you would have understood the situation perfectly and would have helped me. I informed the pharmacist that I would go to get the plasil somewhere else (the pharmacy on duty in Bibione) and so I did. Now, in addition to having lost the sale, you have also received a nice review, in addition to having lost the customer. Luckily my dog ​​stopped vomiting 30 minutes after plasil. Pharmacist of a certain age among other things, without a coat... Absolute lack of professionalism.

It's the first time I've read about a nightly supplement ONLY for tourists of €7.50. If a pharmacy is on duty, everyone is on duty. And if you're on night shift, I don't agree with why I have to pay you if I wake you up. Where I live the pharmacy that is on duty does not apply any supplements to medicines. Bah.. There is never an end to surprises.
