Bad in everything. In the last galenic preparations there were problems and they left me without medicine for 2 months, in the last one they didn't even give it to me, causing serious damage to my health. In numerous calls they said that they would call them when it was ready, after a month we asked to speak to the manager who said that they didn't even have the ingredients and to go elsewhere, as if leaving me without the drug was a small thing, in the meantime the prescription had expired so yes you will waste more time between refilling the prescription, finding another pharmacy and waiting times to do the preparation. Not all pharmacies make this preparation, in fact it is rare, so the damage was quite serious. Not having warned them that they didn't have the components and didn't know when they would arrive is serious. In fact, one of their pharmacists even said that there was no order placed for these components, making it clear that his colleague had forgotten to order the ingredient. A pharmacy that doesn't even notify you and liquidates everything goes elsewhere despite the serious damage it has caused, is shameful. DO NOT DO ANY GALENICAL PREPARATIONS WITH THEM, THEY MAKE YOU KIDS AND WILL LEAVE YOU WITHOUT MEDICINES DESPITE THEY ARE VITAL DRUGS.
It would be appropriate to avoid continuing to call it "Saltarelli" when it was actually a high quality pharmacy. With each change of management it has always gotten worse until the last "DrMax" whose management probably focuses more on the commercial side than on that of the interpersonal relationship that previously existed between the pharmacist (there are few who have resisted the changes) and the customer (who seems currently forgotten to be especially a patient). The constant changes in personnel, in my opinion, also confirm the dissatisfaction of those who work there (who at times, perhaps due to the internal pressure they are subjected to, are not very open to a certain cordiality with the customer). The “Saltarelli” pharmacy has always been a point of reference for me that I physically reached by walking 1.5 km from home (meeting at least 3 other pharmacies along the way). I've decided it's no longer worth it, I'll stop at the one 100 meters from home.
I'm sorry to read such bad and unempathetic reviews towards professionals who are, in my opinion, serious and professional. Smiling, kind and friendly. Available to solve any problem. Well done guys... be proud of yourselves.. you are doing an excellent job despite the many difficulties
It was a reference pharmacy in the past. Not anymore, untrained staff, queues that got even longer. Zero empathy. I feel sorry for the former Salterelli pharmacy and the doctor who was in charge of it years ago and whom I remember fondly
After the change of management the pharmacy has become completely different, yesterday, after almost an hour of waiting the very rude pharmacist made a lot of fuss about the tax code that she said she couldn't find (I'll start by saying that I've been a customer for a long time) because I didn't have the pharmacy card renewed in the name of D.Max. consequently I was cancelled, it seemed to me that I was being made fun of. I will definitely never go to this pharmacy again.
